That is an important point.His example asumes that you lose the same amount when you are "wrong" as you do when you are "right"

Also it asumes that the only way you know you are wrong is if the price goes against you.That is wrong.As an example today I bought ADPT and it's actions told me it was wrong.I sold at a 1/16 above my buy and made a lousy $30 but the stock tanked after that.

Lets use his numbers and say I was looking for 3/8 profit(I trade for more than that).Then if I was right I made 3/8 and in this example I MADE 1/32 after comm. WHEN I WAS WRONG.This throws his example all off because I did not lose the same as I would have made if right.
