patrick thanks i have to defer to someone who is the king of url's to know what is out there... but if you have access to the information...what shows it to you... the block trades? is this what you can gauge it by.. my big problem is this "catch all" thing of saying program trading...like you indicated. let me ask this... on camps info...they dont use theoritical info it is their actual buy and sell programs. As kevin indicated, it will be often far away from his theoritical numbers Now, seeing as every company will be different...how valid have you seen their numbers versus theoritical...one thought I have is that the combination of everyones programs might average out to the theoritical one... do you understand what I am trying to get at I am not really trying to trade off of the information...just using it as a research tool to see how it effects the market. and I keep thinking about this point...if a program hits they jack up the premium...so it might be a good time to sell if you are in the position and it is going to hurt you if you buy because they can strip the jacked up premium out from under you that is why I am looking at this as well.
