Rarebird has his convictions. He's bearish on the overall market and believes short or cash is where it's at with one exception, Intel, where he's long. To each thier own. My opinion on Cube matches his opinion on Intel. The difference is that I don't go on a childish ranting raid on the Intel thread, but that's just an obvious difference in maturity. On Cube, these words from rarebird fit my feeling to a tee."This company knows exactly what it's doing and they are going to increase their market share over the coming year. The share price will suffer short term in this current Bear Market, but make no mistake about it: it is worth buying on the way down. I don't see a better long term investment at the present time. If you can handle the short term pain, there will be great gain!" BTW: Also in rarebirds own words:"Twelve years ago, I learnt the hard way with a tech stock that completely broke down, selling at the bottom while everyone was wailing! It became a 5 bagger in a year and I never did that again. Over the last ten years, I now consistently average in close to the bottom and ride the wave up. It takes emotional strength, patience and courage. But it's well worth it. Very few things in life come easy and Wall Street makes you sweat for your rewards." www4.techstocks.com Spreading FUD is one way to make sure the stock is at it's bottom... I'm 20% short, 5% long and 75% in cash. I'm long only one stock and that is INTEL. This company knows exactly what it's doing and they are going to increase their market share over the coming year.
