1) I'll have a filet, medium rare.

2) I have assumed all along that LYMCA is paying the location providers a royalty for allowing the machines in. This is typical practice. It's not a new idea on mine.

3) Jeff: Hey buddy, turn off your computer, get out of your seat and go talk a walk. You're obsessed! (it's OK though).

4) Warmest winter in my lifetime here in northern virginia. Been in the upper 60s for over a week.
