So I found some more interesting stuff; Twitter IDs are sequential. Guccifer2 def created June 9th. His language used to be set to RU too

The account has remained active, but not very loud. Now the AP has tied @GUCCIFER_2 to Podesta hacks. @Guccifer2 in rapid response mode.

4/4 Appears not only has Guccifer always been tweeting, but was created day of Trump Jr. meeting & 3 days before first Assange UK interview.
