There is not much room for error in the Senate. The Libertarian from KY will not vote for it. Collins will vote for it if the repeal of the Estate Tax is taken out. That should be done right away to get her vote. The key is not to cowtow to interest groups and make changes to appease them because by doing so other Senators will likely become alienated in the process and nothing will get accomplished. The wild cards are the 3 Republican Senators who personally hate Trump's guts: McCain, Flake and Corker. In short: if they want the tax cut bill passed, just make the Estate tax change to get Collins and leave it alone and say FU to the lobbysists.
