Cheryl,

You have an interesting way of getting the best of people. You would make a good manager/parent. Singing ones praises while expecting a lot are very effective. In my business the clients that get that little bit extra out of us tend to be your type. They also pay well.

Always award grade A until the subject is proven to deserve less. We can all wait patiently until Week 1 of February.
