I just re-read the release, and each unit includes 1 share and 1 share purchase warrant. So, if fully exercised, each 2 shares cost a total of $.43, or roughly 22 cents per share. It would make sense that this should drive the stock price down, but it hasn't yet. As they say, the market is always right. It would be nice to know what part of the puzzle is missing that is able to maintain the stock price where it is... --James
