kohn.. i just gave you my opinion, so therefore wouldn't i be the first one to say that anyone can say what they like? liability however does come into play when one defames another's character.. you must admit that 1} i am short~ thus bearish 2) there is creedence in the argument that one cannot go around defaming anothers character on stuff which the jury is still out on.. remember gotti .. BEFORE he was refuted crime boss,... now jailed crime boss.. see the diffence? SI has your name and number for a reason.. if material damage comes from your posts, they get sued and dump it into YOUR lap. hasn't happened yet.. but it will.. hopefully not to me! taxi
