I don't think rogers will have to spend much more to enable Digital
Cable. The Cable service already supports the technology since they
have been upgrading their cable lines which is why they are heavily in
debt since there has been no return on investment yet. Once the upgrading is over its all Cash Flow. Rogers already has an order for General Instrument SetTop Boxes.

Rogers has been selling non core cable assets.
