That isn't a point .... the federal government has a database that would have prevented that guy from buying from a dealer, if they hadn't failed to report his domestic violence court martial to the database. What good are laws that aren't enforced?

A NRA certified firearms instructor stopped the Sutherland shooter. The NRA member was armed with his own AR15. The villain died with three bullets in him, none of them from police. Police only got to the shooter's vehicle because Willeford and Langendorff called 911 as they were chasing down the mass killer. If the shooter had gotten away from his massacre without being wounded and without being followed, how many more people would he have killed?
