sb, The time period to establish the share price for the 2 milliion was just closed, if I am not mistaken. I belive you can find a pretty fair target with the information posted to you. If you are looking for FTEL cap, FNET cap. or a combined just say which or all and look at the information already posted. Looks pretty easy to me. Of course, you could try asking the Company. I know it sounds like a novel concept, but you could at least try to give them a call before you say it isn't easy. I would if it was an issue to me. Evan
