What's self explanatory is you're a totally partisan Republican that will support anything they do. The NRA doesn't want them banned, and Republicans say yes master.

Also they went beyond trying to ban manufacture, they also added possession. They would have made bump-stocks more restricted than fully automatic weapons (which if manufactured before the law about them w as past, can be legally owned, with restrictions and extra costs)
