Yes, the SPY uninterrupted strength is amazing. I'm expecting it to roll at any moment and therefore would not personally touch FTR at this moment. The chart looks ready to make a new low starting in next few days.

My experience in dealing with FTR recently has been underwhelming. Our area is doing undergrounding and that is the time to place fiber instead of copper. What do they do? Copper. In an area that I would guess average $200/month in cable bills plus ancillary services such as security. They must be really desperate financially to not compete. I told their rep that if they run Fios, they would take most of not all the business from a cable company that is not well liked (they just collect monopoly money with zero upgrades). So based upon fundamentals, the answer is no. Technically? The signal will have to be massive for me to bite.
