Bill Clinton's 1st 4 months were disgraceful

Only his first four months? The midterm elections 22 months following his inauguration would indicate his disgrace lasted quite a bit longer. It was the first time in my life the House went Republican. I just assumed that wasn't possible and thank the felated one daily for that.

SeachRE,
Bill Clinton's 1st 4 months were disgraceful but he recognized his errors and changed his tune. Markets went nuts!!! See the difference?
The market is already going nuts under Trump.

Bill Clinton presided over a bubble during his 2nd term. P/E ratios were sky-high, and they were based on the phony "pro forma" earnings which multiplied valuations even further.

The result? Clinton's boom came crashing down in late 2000, and GWB had to clean up the mess.
