Just in case anyone is interested in falling knives, as Ivan calls them, or in this case cats with claws extended, there are two signals in the process of forming now.

ORCL needs to move up a bit. It has already qualified for low price and volume.

ALTS, for those who like to follow the low volume cats, has signaled on all three counts.

At least they look like signals to me. I'll track them anyway.
