Math correction..And thats before the 10 million shares Fran says he'll issue in an IPO (100 million at $10 per share), giving ftel an ownership stake of (15.8/(23.85+10)46.67%. Also, remember that preferred stock begins to convert in Feb.(I think), selling will limit upside unless news gets really good.
