I thought Malls were losing their attractiveness and dominance with the upsurge in online shopping and home delivery, even in the upcoming area of fresh produce which Amazon appears to be building up ?? Jeff Bezos has been a very canny operator ... for years his online shopping retailer made no profits. But that didn't concern him. What he wanted was greater and greater dominance in the areas of his business, which I'd say he's achieved to a very large extent. So despite his past negative bottom lines, his company's share price has just kept going up. It doesn't get much better than this ..... a "12 bagger" !! ....
