I'm suggesting that the no fly list, as constituted, does not make for a reasonable basis to determine who can legally own a gun (perhaps not as to who can legally fly either).

More generally constitutional rights that can get nullified because some official (or perhaps a lower level employee in the right organization) has a vague suspicion, or because someone with the same name as you did something wrong, aren't very meaningful.
