Mitt Romney had a simple plan to stop the decline in "Labor Force Participation Rate" by terminating Social Security and Medicare benefits.

Instead of bringing down the "Labor Force Participation Rate" by retiring, most of the Baby Boom generation would all have to go back to work to be able to eat whether they have Alzheimer's Disease or not. If the elderly want to continue living in their nursing home they'd have to participate and get a job to pay the rent.

The swamp of American voters thought that was a bad idea, so the "Labor Force Participation Rate" will continue to decline until the last of the Baby Boom generation is retired. But keep Rommney's solution in your back pocket in case you need it.

China will soon experience a decline in "Labor Force Participation Rate" greater than any other country in the world. Concentration camps for the elderly might be just what Xi needs.
