Have dealt with the sale of several businesses, I do not think it is unusual that FAMH is not able to release the details at this point in time. I would definetly like to know all of the details. But I will be patient and wait for the appropriate time.

Just received a call back from PR firm. Basically although Jennifer is very nice, she was not able to answer any questions an said Anna Love will call me back. She seemed a little taken back by all the phones calls. I told her to get use to it. We are very hungry for FACTS.

Hi Engine! Ira told me straight out that he already has the money for this acquisition. He didn't hesitate.

As to the "sensative negotiations," I respectfully disagree with your "hogwash" assessment. I think it IS a very valid point particularly because of the fact that Myriad is a Private Company rather than a public company.

IF (for any reason) the deal did not close, it is quite logical for Myriad to want their privacy to remain intact. This has been pretty standard, in my experience anyway, with mergers & acquisitions.

If Myriad was a public company, then I think your point would be a reasonable concern.

I think FAMH has released far more information than countless other OTC:BB stocks I have seen. Of course, everyone must find their own "trust" level in dealing with the officers of the company.

I agree, healthy discussion never hurts. :-)

Just my opinions, of course.

Best wishes,
Brad
