It is not a "hurry up" actually. My guess is you'd use science which was a lot less agreed upon if you had a health problem. But this isn't "personal" for you and you don't really understand it, so you can dismiss it and believe a marginalized crank scientist. Could this be one of the rare instances where scientific consensus is wrong? That was a lot more possible when 1. we didn't have meta studies and 2. we had much poorer ways or processing date- in other words, when computers didn't exist or were in their infancy. But you can dream.
