Well, I just couldn't help myself in replying to this one. It was however addressed to "anyone." Cjacks, First of all, have you actually read the latest 10Q that TEIM filed with the SEC? If you haven't, I'd suggest getting a copy and taking a look at it. It reads like a comic strip. The absolute WORST financial report I have ever read in my entire life. Misspelled words, figures that don't add up correctly, improper sentence configuration, prepositions at end of sentences, etc..etc..etc.. The 10Q has a little information about their REVOLUTIONARY Vertex Hair Replacement System. And I quote, "Vertex has no base as used in normal hairpieces, but the hair appears to be growing directly from the scalp and there is no feeling of an object on one's head. Vertex has 100% adhesion and can remain on for approximately one month with no special maintenance after which is is replaced by a new one. Through Vertex unique locking system, human hair fibers are attached directly to transparent and breathable synthetic skin. The material is transparent and also my reduce the effect of the sun's damaging ultraviolet rays. Using advancements in computer aided flexible manufacturing, Vertex can be made consistently and less expensively that competitive products. With programmed information about a person's skin, natural hair, age and body chemistry, robotics manufacturing will allow an individual to obtain Vertex on short notice from anywhere in the world." Now COME ON! Do they actually think people are going to buy a piece of synthetic skin with some hair on top of it, slap it on top of their noggin, and wear it around for 30 days? Then, when the adhesion wears off, throw it in the can, and buy a new one? What type of adhesion is it? Glue, tape, velcro, magnets, etc..etc.. I would think leaving a piece of synthetic skin on top of your head for 24hrs a day would probably do some damage to your ORIGINAL scalp! "Reduce the effect of the sun's damaging ultraviolet rays?" How do they know this? Is this just an assumption? Do they have any clinical trials, research reports, & outside analysis to prove this statement? How much do you think the actual development of this REVOLUTIONARY Vertex Hair product cost them? And I quote, "In the quarter ended July 31, 1994 the company expended $31,081 on research and development. These expenditures were used primarily to complete the development of the process of attaching the Vertex to the scalp and documentation. This work was done by Dr. Lancer. Total research and development costs are estimated to be approximately $121,00 and was for the most part completed in December 1995." Now that's SOMETHING! For a mere $121,000 bucks, they are actually going to REVOLUTIONIZE the hair industry! Talk about a nice return on investment! Also, I'd suggest reading TEIM's recent press release conerning Vertex. And I quote, "The totally natural products were developed by Vertex President B.J. Cheh, an international expert in the field with more than 25 year's experience. He applies his Eastern holistic beliefs by addressing the individual's mind, body, and spirit." Holistic beliefs? I thought we were using synthetic skin and adhesion? What happened to Dr. Lancer? As you can see, it's really quite comical when you start putting it all together. Here's one of the last few sentences of the latest TEIM 10Q report. And I quote, "Tridon Enterprises incorporated does not have operating activity and therefore has no revenue. For the nine months ended January 31st, the net loss of $313,071 was resultant of general and administrative expenses. And less we forget the new drug developed by Merck called "Propecia". It's an FDA approved pill that seems to have great success in the growing of hair. Good luck! ~back to hibernation~
