Wow, thanks for showing how Trumpsters are essentially liberal Democrats. Cruz says Obama and the Democrats didn't enforce gun laws and you attack him and me for pointing that out. Good job! Of course a liberal (like you) would say 'why enforce the law, because we'd have to lock all those thousands of people up.' Of course the answer to your liberal objection is that if you start prosecuting people who break the law by lying on gun purchase forms, then they'll learn and most of them will STOP lying on gun purchase forms. Every single one of those 48,000 felons and fugitives knew they were ineligible to buy a gun but figured since the law wasn't being enforced, why not give it a shot and hope lying works for them. ----------------- Lastly, I will say that Trump the Vile is the single biggest liar whose every run for President and Republicans own choosing him as their champion. It seems enticement of a child for immoral purposes has no statute of limitations in Alabama. The statute includes language about enticing a child under 16 to enter anyplace for immoral purposes. Immoral purposes expressly includes fondling of sexual organs. From thedailybeast:

Enticing child to enter vehicle, house, etc., for immoral purposes.

(a) It shall be unlawful for any person with lascivious intent to entice, allure, persuade, or invite, or attempt to entice, allure, persuade, or invite, any child under 16 years of age to enter any vehicle, room, house, office, or other place for the purpose of proposing to such child the performance of an act of sexual intercourse or an act which constitutes the offense of sodomy or for the purpose of proposing the fondling or feeling of the sexual or genital parts of such child or the breast of such child, or for the purpose of committing an aggravated assault on such child, or for the purpose of proposing that such child fondle or feel the sexual or genital parts of such person.

(b) A violation of this section is a Class C felony.”
