>>b) what progress has been made has been fought tooth and nail by people who think just like you node

I have fought against government over regulation and spending. But that isn't "progress" or even a major driver of it.

For 20 years you are having convulsions over this and I'm saying if you'll simply give it a little push and let it be it will do fine. It has. And will continue to. Cash for Clunkers and credits for me to buy new AC units are a terrible waste of tax dollars. As is paying 7500 of the cost of some idiot's Prius.

We are fine, progress is good, and there is still no evidence AGW matters.

You can't reasonably expect countries that are just beginning to experience the growth surges from plentiful electric power to say, "Oh, never mind." The key to getting these areas to move toward renewables is for markets to function correctly, which cannot happen as long as fat governments get in the way.

Only free markets can solve this problem and they will if we can keep the Obama-Sanders crew from running the US, and other countries act in their own interests, which most will.

We don't need some one-world-government. We need tough competition for better systems.

It is weird to me that time and again your ideas make matters worse and you keep trying to support them.
