Identifying those who pose a danger and not denying Constitutional rights to others is the hard part. Anytime you put individuals in charge of denying someone's rights, you are creating a potentially serious problem. (Which is the reason for opposing prison privatization, as well).

We agree on that.

Sorry: I used agoraphobia as an example because I thought you would already have heard about it. It is serious because it is debilitating and common. Agoraphobia is a type of anxiety that produces panic in people who fear exposure to places, things, even other people. It's commonly associated with "shut ins." In severe cases people will not go out and don't even want to be trapped in the place they are but are afraid to do anything about it.

I've been waiting for some brave Psychologist or Psychiatrist to step forward. I think it is going to be a long wait. It's not as simple as it sounds.
