My ISP is Spectrum, which was formerly Time Warner Cable.

I have an internet only base plan, which is about $65 a month.

The quality of internet service is I think highly area dependent.

ISPs are building infrastructure all the time though to improve coverage.

My ISP is also Cox and I just got comparable numbers for my laptop. I blamed the slow speeds on the laptop but will check my desktop when I get that far in my morning chores.
