Beware of microcaps in this bear market with a value based on nothing more than innuendo and hope. As the tsunami of deflation hits the shores of the U.S, Europe, and South America large amounts of workers worldwide have a great chance of losing their jobs. With that consumption drops, world trade diminishes and the markets tank. With the value of a stock based on around 70% on the broader market these small company stocks are in great jeopardy.
