Interesting. All year UCMP seems to be one that showed promise but never quite delivered. What was the target price in last years's report? This year it's 17.

Jeff, I have been researching and accumulating UCMP. Relative to
the industry, the stock is very undervalued. Estimated forward
PE is about 16 for 1998. Earnings released this coming week.
UCMP did rather poorly relative to other information technology
companies last year. I expect this year to be different. Forward PE
of 16 for this industry would indicate it has been undervalued.
I also accumulated SYNT in the 8 to 10 range based on undervaluation.
