Mission accomplished. Japan has always been unwarlike post WWII as the west taught it western style civilized manners. Huge benefits of toppling the old 1% and creating post WWII a brand new Japanese 1%. China might pay some money to the PLA to give the weapons the PLA think it needs and the respect it thinks deserve. But China would always been unwarlike as it is trading nation as per Schumpter. Else no food nor energy nor profit. Note that countries that export import their profits and the own country cannot produce the profits inland. Like Germany or Canada for instance. Which brings us a to the Western Hemisphere. (Just in case you are still thinking about Teotw and D.I.) That think that stretches North to South. Eurasia stretches East to West. The Western Hemisphere, (to put the humanitarian exercises in perspective) if the rest of the world would submerge tomorrow morning would keep Earth in the same level of wealth and well being. As it has all Foo, Energy, Science to keep the planet to revert to to animals. And look at it: It is peaceful. People there shoot themselves com gusto but because they are crazy individuals not because they want to grab power.
