I think sleeping with kids is good as long as there is no sex and that is what they want.

We evolved for millions of years huddling around the fire with wild animals roaming the perimeter looking to pick off a young one. I believe children that are put in their room with the light shut off and door shut instinctively feel they are in danger.

That is what they are crying about. I let both girls indicate their needs and then tried to meet them. Both girls are very well adjusted and live storybook lives with long term relationships. Both girls went to their own beds when they were seven.

Love and sex are two different things, not that I would expect a right winger to know that.

And they both phone me once a week where we have intellectual discussions I doubt you could relate to being an obvious person with a small mind.

One went to Berkeley and is a lawyer and the other is a scientist. I raised both girls with no punishment and they said that was the best thing I did; and I never once had to tell either to do their homework.

I was their buddy and neither ever knew a minute of fear from me. How children should be raised.
