Doctors would love to have a single payer system and get rid of the insurance companies. We all would, even the repugnicans, if they realized the benefits. The ACA was a compromise and unfortunately the troglodytes in a GOP and GOP like minded dominated congress wouldn't have anything of it. The anti-ACA GOP don't remember that the old system was not sustainable.
