You can sell them on your 2020 thesis and form a new club As a new investor, it would be wise for you to start listening to the conference calls on earnings release. This is not a "thesis," but rather fact communicated during the call. WDC management confirmed that with current captive supply, they can only meet (a) bit growth targets and (b) technical roadmap through 2019. If, where, or on what terms they can obtain required supply for 2020 forward, is currently unknown. The 10-K, another document you would do well to review, also sheds light on these issues.
