These regulations create the mechanism for the government to ensure laws are enforced. Not enforcing our laws seems to what drives the lawlessness we see in the gop. Their governors refused to create health care exchanges even though the "law" required them to do so. Republican governors, legislators, and AGs are breaking the law as we speak and have been breaking the law for many years. I understand why you don't want anyone watching them with regulations. Their lawlessness exposes them for who they are - criminals.
