I have a Roku plug in on my TV. It has worked fine for a long time. I just returned from out of town and while it comes on the screen, it won't shift to channels when I press the upper right button. I followed instructions for possible malfunction, i.e. unplugged the roku stick, changed batteries, pressed the button on the remote for 20 seconds, etc...and the light flashes on the remote. But nothing still works. Any ideas?
