Guys,

Remember one thing...the scarier it gets, the better the possibilities are for a reversal.

Since you guys know that I have stopped trading options, I'll throw my two cents in regarding standard common stocks. I have been carefully selecting solid performers, fundamentally sound with breakouts for my portfolio. Due to the market collapse today, I have closed out 5 of my 6 positions ... but am closely eyeing two to three stocks which I think will rally the strongest from a market reversal. I will post anything positive just before the close for those interested in taking an option flyer on these stocks.

Muizz

Sounds like you're doing just fine Don.

I did something similar with IBM today. Wasn't sure if it had bottomed but knew that $100 has proven to be a good support. So I went ahead and shorted puts. I didn't want to miss the boat even if it meant being early.

IMO, if the SPX closes below 930 today, we will have a gap down in the futures for Monday (pending no market moving news worldwide) and then some bargain hunting.
