<..Jerry (a dram trader) gives us the spot price. I give the retail price. Acts like a slow moving average and about a week behind spot...>

I talk occasionally to some DRAM traders, and I occasionally watch retail prices. I have never seen much short term correspondence. I would guess that average filter to be maybe +/- a month. Actually, it seems more like a bandpass averaging filter, changing at the retail level only after significant sustained spot moves, and then only non-parametrically (ie., in the direction, but not the degree).

I haven't gotten to your website yet, but hope that maybe you have plotted daily or weekly changes in retail vs spot??? That'd be great. You could then generate an approximation function.

<..And you know MU knows the future spot changes, as seen, as it's rise from 22...>

So whaddya think from here then, higher or lower over the next 4 to 8 weeks?

MOT will be heavily watched Mon (FC Q4 at .68 and FY 2.37, but comments will likely be weightier). INTC even more heavily watched.

And I wonder if these delegates make more progress or noise this weekend...
