It's cheaper to help people buy insurance than pay their medical bills.
It shows you fully understand the difference between health care and health insurance.

Health care is for healing people.

Insurance is cheaper than paying for care. The ACA is sound public policy. Once we passed it we could see all the lies republicans told about the plan.
