Of course some people are liking it. The ones who like it the most are the 5% most unhealthy people who consume 50% of our health care resources. The ones who like it the most are the previously uninsured 10%, who now get it for free. However, the ones who don't like it are the 90%, the rest of us, who now have watched our health care spending double in 5 years. Some of us 90% have watched it triple, even as the benefits we receive have decreased.

As I've said before, this system is unsustainable. The costs to us citizens are increasing by double digits every year. It's time for everyone to pull their heads out of the sand and realize that any system that screws the majority of people just to benefit a small minority is not a good one. Democracy is supposed to be about maximizing the benefits for the MAJORITY of the people. Not about screwing everybody

As for what the GOP will come up with, I have serious doubts they will come up with anything. They have proven to be totally worthless when it comes to having a plan, even after bitching about Obamacare and promising to Repeal and Replace for years on end. When we elected them to do just that, they gave us a big fat goose egg. As far as I'm concerned, I'd like to see every last GOP Congress member lose their jobs over that debacle. If they can't get it done by the time elections come, I can guarantee you I will be voting against all GOP incumbents in Congress.

>>. He introduced us to national health care - something no one else has done

An insane, unstable, unsustainable nightmare. You act as though that is a good thing.
