Good ideas. I like # 2 & 3. I also like # 4, but I would say it needs to be a public/private partnership with the leadership driven by tech AI giants like Google, Facebook, Microsoft, and IBM. That # 4 is the key to the kingdom. That's a good direction. As for # 1, I still like marginal pricing. That allows for a profitable industry, while putting in incentives for people to take accountability for their own health, instead of making poor choices. Individual accountability has to be part of the equation or the system simply won't be sustainable.
