Are you in the sauce again? We tried this under Reagan and proved that was a FALSE assumption. The odds are better that we go into another recession since the good economic upswing has already been longer than the average. How many times do you think the people will be hit by the ridiculous thinking as stated here by you before they catch on?

No conservative would borrow money for tax cuts without a reasona phlegm expectation of enhanced growth.

seems like phlegmsy logic to me.
