OK i see I did miss something. Was at the barn giving horse's their breakfast. It is funny how NVO said they are working well with the indigenous people there but yet they had to pay them about $750,000 in shares to get the approval. :))

Upon execution of the heritage agreements and receipt of necessary regulatory approvals, the Company will issue to NAC 100,000 Novo common shares (the " Consideration Shares ").
