Joe,

sidt bought back the previously issued preferred shares with CASH. They did not issue shares to raise cash. Our only question is: Did they pay cash and not shares (preferred were exercisable into common) by their choice or by the investors. If it was their choice, then this would be good, as they obviously were not hurting for the money and think the shares are more valuable than the cash. If the investor had the option and sidt HAD to give him cash, then this would not look so good as the investor obviously does not have any faith in the future of the company.
