Charts and F/A both work under free market conditions..This stock is controlled....The numbers are always moving..In other words, when you lock on to a fixed point it moves..I recall Bryan Bucks comments from last year.." I can feel it I can almost touch it" and just last week we were saying the same.. It's kind of like the old shell game..
