HERE's THE LATEST: Ferndale 1A spudded Epic Resources (BC) Ltd ERB Shares issued 8,315,153 Jan 8 close $1.30 Fri 9 Jan 98 News Release Mr Frank Donis reports Rival Resources, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, has spudded the Ferndale 1A well in the Bellingham Basin of Washington State. This well will provide the company with important data in its continuing evaluation of its approximately 45,000 acres in the area. The program is under the supervision of Mr Ken Sinclair who has extensive experience in successfully developing coalbed methane properties. It is anticipated that an independent evaluation of results will be concluded during the first quarter of 1998.
