No, they are different levels of sexually inappropriate behavior. However, both are reprehensible. Bill Clinton violated the WH code of ethics in having sex with an Intern. He also raped someone and had an untold number of affairs. What level would you put those actions on? Do you think it is important that we create a complex tiering system, so that we can juxtapose one behavior with another? I think that is a deliberate distraction from the very real issue that women are treated like cattle in this country by rich and powerful men. Time to put a stop to it with a firm hand. Small crime or big, examples must be made.
