Pugs,

Would you like to have your buddy out in Wyoming send us some updated photos of the modern facilities in Ten Sleep???

From what I'm hearing out here and reading in the 8K, RMIL has no claim on RMCW at this point and I see no reason that this deal will make economic sense.

Why should someone invest $5million in equity in RMCW, only to have them give much of it to a company with no ready source of revenues and is likely the current target of an SEC investigation.

Listen... if RMCW can raise the $5 million he would be better off leaving RMIL in his rearview mirror and find another shell company to merge with.

And if I was the investor, I would have better luck going directly to the city council of Ten Sleep, negotiate a sweet-heart deal with them, and then build my own bottling plant. I don't believe that exclusive agreement between RMCW and Ten Sleep holds much water anymore... pardon the pun.

Regards,

Ron
