Truth is I don't think Bill would assassinate enemies.

I have no doubt HRC would. She is evil. I have a friend who worked for them for a while. She voted for Bill, but to this day describes HRC as evil. I think my friend Linda is right.

Snopes checked into this. For one, the claim of most of them being shot in the back of the head is bogus. For another, it seems that all you need to make the list is to be associated with the Clintons somehow. Like being in a city that they have been to sometime in the last month.

The only thing that makes sense is that both Hillary and Bill are actually demons. Not just demon-possessed mind you, but actual denizens of Hell.
