They're both very, very long. I just took a quick glance through. There are probably some good tidbits for those willing to read. One thing I noticed is this:

In both documents, they say that they shipped Quest in 12/97. This is the first that I've heard about an actual shipment. Wouldn't that be broadcasting that over all of the newswires?

Also, the SPARC hearing is on 1/26/98.

I think it's safe to assume that Syquest will report both the cash + some value of the stock in their cost of goods. Who knows whether it will be valued at market prices or not.
