In your world, the female victim is always wrong because she didn't flinch?

I suppose the lady Franken molested on the plane is guilty too because she didn't flinch when she was asleep.

<< she didn't so much as flinch.>>

You are either so naive, clueless or stupid. I once had a professor in Graduate school run his hand through my hair and I didn't "flinch" either. I was too shocked to respond and was afraid of getting expelled if I punched him in the mouth. But I mentioned it to the head of the department the next day and he just shrugged it off. I understood that didn't constitute molestation or sexual harassment - even though I met with the male professor on a professional basis on the grounds of the school in his office.

That was the last time I ever spoke to that professor or put myself in that position again.

Thanks for the "keep-able" post, Sharkie.

Next time a Republican gets accused of sexual harassment, I'll make sure to apply the "Sharkie Rule" when determining whether to believe the accuser or not.

P.S. - The "Sharkie Rule" would have gotten Brock Turner acquitted of rape. True story!
